Can i change/cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately, some items are shipped within hours. If postage has already been purchased then unfortunately its too late for any changes or cancellations. 

Whats the jewellery made from?

Please check individual listing for material content. However almost all jewellery is stainless steel. This is a strong metal with high properties, so wont tarnish or turn green. If you have any allergies to certain metals, please contact us for a full breakdown. Any time i use a new material it's tested for 6 weeks before launch to ensure quality. 

Can i request something?

Absolutely! if you'd like a pair of boot charms as earrings, a different chain length etc please contact me. This might not always be possible for stock or time reason but i'll try my best!

When are restocks?

For restock information please follow on social media as this is the main place for updates .

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We're a UK based business and ship to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia and some of Asia. Please check the shipping page for more information.
